Quick answers

Buyers Agent Program FAQs

What does a buyers agent do?+

A buyers agent acts exclusively for the property buyer rather than the seller. They search and shortlist properties, assess and appraise them, negotiate the purchase or bid at auction, and manage the buying process on the client side. It is one of the fastest growing specialisations in Australian real estate.

Can I pay monthly?+

Yes. The Buyers Agent Program has a payment plan of $895 per month for 10 months, at no extra cost. You choose it when you enrol through our enrolment portal, and you get full program access straight away.

Is the program online?+

Yes. The program is delivered 100% online so you can study from anywhere in Australia, at a pace that fits around your work, with real human support from our Australian-based team whenever you need it.

Do I need a real estate licence to work as a buyers agent?+

Licensing requirements for buyers agents vary by state and territory, and in most states you need a real estate registration or licence to act for buyers. Our team will map the requirements for your state and the right pathway for your situation before you enrol.

How do I know if this program is right for me?+

Talk to us first. Send an enquiry or call and our team will walk you through the program structure, what it covers, and whether it fits where you want to take your career.
