Is Archer Institute support a chatbot or a real person?+

Real people. When you call the student support line during business hours, an Australian-based team member answers. There are no automated queues standing between you and the help you need.

Can I get help if I study at night or on weekends?+

Yes. Support is built around students who study around work, family and life, so after-hours help is available for those studying nights and weekends.

What if I am not sure what an assessment requires?+

The team can help you understand what is expected at each stage, work through course navigation, and build a clearer picture of the path to completion. Assessment guidance is part of your enrolment.

How do I lodge a help ticket?+

Log in to the Student Portal with your enrolment credentials, open a support request, and describe what you need. The team replies through the portal so your question, the answer and any follow-ups stay together.

Is there support if study becomes overwhelming?+

Yes. Trainers and assessors offer guidance when students are struggling and can point you toward appropriate support. Eligible students can also access two complimentary in-house counselling sessions. Speak with the student support team for details on eligibility.
