NSW CPD Training FAQs
Is this CPD nationally recognised training?+–
No. CPD is professional development rather than a nationally recognised qualification, so you receive a completion certificate for your CPD records, never a Statement of Attainment. It is delivered by Archer Institute, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45020).
How is NSW CPD delivered?+–
Through live, interactive online sessions for your licence category, rather than as a self-paced course. You book into the sessions for your category, and one enrolment covers your full CPD year.
Which category should I choose?+–
The category that matches the work your licence covers, for example sales, property management or strata. CPD obligations also differ by licence class, so if you are unsure what your class requires this year, check with NSW Fair Trading or call us and we will point you to the right option.
What do I get when I finish?+–
A completion certificate for your CPD records, showing the category you completed for the CPD year.
