Is this CPD nationally recognised training?+–
No. CPD is professional development rather than a nationally recognised qualification. It is delivered by Archer Institute, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45020).
What is available in Victoria right now?+–
Consumer Affairs Victoria has published new rules. From 1 April 2027, licensed estate agents and registered agents’ representatives must complete a minimum of 5 CPD activities each year, covering mandatory topics set by the Business Licensing Authority and including written assessments. Archer’s Victorian professional development is enquiry-only while the detail is settled, so talk to our team and we will point you to the right option for your situation.
